Reacting to Russia's Attack on Ukraine

How shall the United States, NATO and the European Union react to Russia's invasion of Ukraine?
It is probably too late to react militarily on Ukrainian territory unless one wants to instigate a general European war. A more sensible and lower risk reaction may be to overthrow the pro-Russian dictatorships in Cuba and Venezuela. Regime change in those nations would be welcomed by the overwhelming majority of the populations of those sad countries.
Russian supply lines to Ukraine are very short. American lines are thousands of miles long.
In the Western Hemisphere, the reverse is true. An opportunity to effect regime change in the two rogue nations of Latin America is rare. Furthermore, intense pressure should be placed on the mullahs of Tehran. The Iranian people can easily be encouraged to end their suffering under their reactionary regime. The Muslim world must also be rallied to act against Russian
adventurism and atrocities in Syria. The naval base at Latakia can be pressured and regime change in Syria is also possible at this time.
NATO may be too weak to do anything about Russia. Our so-called allies are not dependable. However, Russia is busy right now and it might be an opportune time to take advantage of their involvement in Ukraine. The United Nations, as always, is useless and should not be considered a factor. Certainly, Russia can be expected to run to the In-Security Council and protest. Any such protest may be ignored with little consequence. Putin knows his limitations.
The ball is in President Biden's court.
